GSCM RANEPA Executive MBA Graduate Headed Housing Finance Bank

Irina Aslanova, who previously held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of DeltaCredit Bank, , has joined the Housing Finance Bank team. She was appointed chairman of the board of the credit institution.

 

In 2004, Irina received an Executive MBA for managers at GSCM RANEPA, as well as a prestigious education at the Institute of Business and European Management Development with a degree in Modern Management on the basis of one of the best educational institutions in Germany; the Academy  AFW Wirtschaftsakademie Bad Harzburg GmbH has been cooperating with the Graduate School of Corporate Management  for 25 years.

Irina`s appointment to this position is quite natural. In 2019, the shareholders of «ZhilFinance» Bank identified the strengthening of the retail sales unit, the development of online services, and the improvement of the quality of the product line as the main priorities. After the appointment is approved by the Bank of Russia Irina will officially take up her duties. 

 

Irina Aslanova was born in 1971 and graduated from the Turkmen Agricultural Institute in 1995. 

 

Since 2007, she has been the head of the Internal Control Department at American Express Bank. She joined DeltaCredit Bank in 2007 as a director of the credit department, seven years later she was appointed deputy chairman of the board of the bank. At the moment she has more than 15 years of experience in Russian and foreign banks. According to the results of 2015, she was included in the ratings of "20 Most Influential Women Managers in Russia" by the "Company" magazine and "The Most Successful Lady Bankers" by the "Banking Review" magazine. She won in the “Banks” nomination of the “Business Women 2016” competition.
