The mayor of the city of Ulan-Ude Igor Shutenkov, by order of the city administration, appointed as one of his deputies Sergey Gashev, a student of the MBA program "Euromanagement - Master of Business Administration" of GSCM RANEPA
In the Mayor`s office S.A. Gashev will oversee the urban economy block. Before the new appointment S.A. Gashev worked as the executive director of the Orenburg Locomotive Railway-car Repair Works, a branch of JSC Zheldorremmash, and was the deputy head of the administration of the Sovetsky district.
He graduated from the Irkutsk Institute of Railway Engineers and the East Siberian State Technological University.
