The Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District Natalia Komarova extended the powers of Eduard Isakov, a graduate of the GSCM RANEPA, as a member of the Federation Council for another 5 years, as stated in the resolution of the head of the region
The governor noted that E. Isakov made proposals that need his support at the federal level, ranging from the demolition of derelict properties to the creation of the largest infrastructure facilities in Yugra.
