Nurzhan Alibaev, a graduate of the DBA program of GSCM RANEPA, was appointed to the high post of Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
N.N. Alibaev completed his studies at GSCM in 2018 and defended his doctoral thesis on the topic: "The concept of supply chain management as a tool for strategic development" under the supervision of the dean of GSCM, Doctor of Economics, Professor S.O. Kalendzhyan.
Over the years of his work, N.N. Alibaev has held leadership positions in various industries. Thus, he worked as a deputy akim of the Kyzylorda region, and until his current appointment, by order of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was the Chairman of the Board of SK-Pharmacy LLP. Its activities were aimed at promoting the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Kazakhstan and increasing the availability of medicines and medical products to the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
