Talgat Mataev, a graduate of the GSCM DBA program and the doctoral program of the RANEPA, headed the Kazakhstan Center for Public-Private Partnership

In early May, Talgat Mataev, a graduate of the GSCM RANEPA DBA program was appointed to the high post of Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhstan Center for Public-Private Partnership.
 
Prior to that, T. Mataev served as Deputy Chairman of the PPP Center, worked for many years to promote public-private partnership mechanisms, both at the legislative level and in practice. From 2012 to 2017 he worked at the Eurasian Economic Commission in Moscow, where he was directly involved in issues of interstate cooperation related to PPP. While studying at the RANEPA, he defended his thesis on the topic: “Methodological foundations of PPP in the development of entrepreneurship in the EAEU”, he is a doctor of economic sciences.
 
The Kazakhstan Public-Private Partnership Center is a leading analytical and expert center for the development of a new type of public-private partnership. The activities of the Center are focused on conducting research, expertise and evaluation of the implementation of investment projects in the field of PPP, as well as on the creation of a scientific base and the development of human resources.
