The state award of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded by the Decree of the President K.-Zh. Tokayev to a group of citizens for a significant contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of the country, strengthening friendship and cooperation between peoples, extensive social activities
Among those awarded with the Kurmet Order was the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a graduate of the DBA program "Doctor of Business Administration" of GSCM RANEPA Daryn Tuyakov..
In 2014, D. Tuyakov defended his doctoral thesis on the topic: “Promotion and development of services based on LTE technology in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the example of Kazakhtelecom JSC” (supervisor - Doctor of Economics, Professor Arevshad Vartanyan).
D. Tuyakov has been Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2020. Prior to this appointment, he worked as Vice Minister of Digital Development, Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Vice Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Order of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Kurmet" (kaz. "honour, respect") was established in 1993. The order is awarded to citizens for their contribution in the development of the economy, social sphere, science and culture, education, for exemplary service in government bodies and extensive social activities.
