Aleksey Tsoy, a graduate of the DBA doctoral program "Doctor of Business Administration" of GSCM RANEPA, has been appointed to the post of Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Previously , A. Tsoy headed the Medical Center for the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in early June he was appointed First Vice Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The new head of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan has vast experience in both medicine and management, has a higher legal and medical education, is a candidate of medical sciences, and speaks three languages.
Alexey Tsoy graduated
from the DBA Doctor of Business Administration program in November 2015. He defended a thesis on the topic: "Management of changes in the health insurance system" under the scientific supervision of Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences A.G. Aganbegyan.
