Congratulations to Stanislav Naboko on his new appointment!

The Graduate School of Corporate Management congratulates Stanislav Naboko, a graduate of the MBA «Euromanagement »program, on his appointment as Vice Governor of the Kursk Region.

 

Stanislav Naboko was born on July 3, 1973 in Barnaul. In 1995 he graduated from the Altai State Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering. In 2007 he obtained his master`s degree at the Academy of Economics and Law. 

 

He has a PhD in Economics. In 2011, he studied at the Graduate School of Corporate Management of the RANEPA. From 2007 to 2014, he held the position of General Director of OAO SK Altaykraienergo, and from 2014 to 2016, he was the head of the Main Directorate for Construction, Transport, Housing, Utilities and Roads of the Altai Territory.

 

Stanislav Naboko will oversee the Committee on Economics and Development, the Committee for the Development of External Relations, the Committee for the Consumer Market, the Development of Small Business and Licensing, the Committee for Labor and Employment, the Committee for Industry and Transport, the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports, and the Road Administration in the Kursk Region as well as management of the activities of justices of the peace.

 

GSCM is very proud of its graduates. Over 25 years, more than 3,000 managers and specialists of large, medium and small businesses have been trained under the MBA programs of GSCM RANEPA. This year the program took 8th place in the MBA full time category of the Eduniversal ranking.
